Health and Safety

What it does...

The Health and Safety Executive, HSE, does not tell you precisely what you can and cannot do at your workplace or in your business, what it does is give guidelines and then pass the buck over to you. The key word in their approach is “appropriate” and what this means is that you, as an employer, are tasked to take, or appoint someone to take, appropriate decisions.

That person, be it you or someone else has to be “competent” in making those appropriate decisions. If you appoint us as your “competent” person we can advise you and keep you on track.
